Management Fees:

Our fee is based on the type and size of your property

1. To maintain a residential single family dwelling the fee is 7% of the month’s rent.
2. For multifamily units,  the fee is based on the number of units.
3. To list, show, screen applications, and rent the property, the fee is 1/2 of the first month’s rent.

We are flexible!

Management Fees consist of:

1. Collecting the rent and setting up a customer account so that the tenant makes the deposit directly to the account.
2. Handling all maintenance calls. The maintenance can be completed by our staff or can be handled by you.
3. Periodic inspections of the property are preformed.

We are flexible and will work with you to set up a property management package to fit your needs.
